They are 05/06. They were centre mounted...i think it's just the angle of the picture.

they are centre mounted on the centre line, but no true centre

i don't think they would be too long. I'm 5'5". These were awesome the few times I rode them, but now I am skiing 165's and my new skis are 173. For a park ski they are the perfect length for someone who's around 5'3"
