I am 5'9.5" 145 pounds and i mostly hit rails with ocasional jumps but my local doesn't build jumps really. I am interested in the revision tailsmens but 176 cm is exactly how tall I am and the size below is 166 which would be too small right? Same With the Edollos they have too small and too big. The Arv have a 170 which is just right but i like the revisions and edollos better. I mostly ride park with some side country at my resort. This will be my second year seriously riding park but fourth year skiing. (Side note, I am going to windells winter camp so if that helps influence the descion please let me know!) Please help me pick thanks!!!

revisions measure short and have a lot of nose rocker in addition to being soft, I'd get the 182's of those if you intend to center mount and do anything other then rails and butters. The 178 dollos would also work, I don't have much experience with those though

I think your undersizing your skis, I'm roughly the same height and even lighter, my shortest skis are 176 and longest are 185's. It's all personal preference but thats my thoughts

IM slightly shorter 5'8ish and ride 170s and think they are a bit short now for my liking. Im going into year 3 of park, and have learned quickly that length is really nice. Im only 125 lbs too and still feel the need to size up. Id easily go with the 176cm Revisions, 177cm ARVs, or 178 Edollos.

im 5'8'' 140 and i ride 178 dollos me personally i like the bigger size ski at 178 they dont feel to big to ride once you get use to them. but if youre going to riding rails id go with the arv 86 or 96 in 170 or 177. im planning on getting the 86 in 177 for rail skiing less swing weight and more durable edges 2.5 instead of 2.2. if your planning on getting on the groomers and some pow go with the 96. but its what you prefer a longer ski to grow into or a ski youll out grow in a season. i cant speak on the tailsman but the big choice is pick a ski you think youll have the most fun on because thats what it comes down to in the end

I mostly ride rails at my local but I'll be hitting more jumps and stuff this year. Since my main is rails you wouldn't recommend the dollos? I just feel like since they have early rise and they are pretty light they would be fine for rails

edollos are lighter than talismans for sure, but dunno about arv 96. I ride edollos and used to be on volkl walls and feel like they don't restrict being tech on rails at all even compared to a skinny cambered ski. I reccomend, them and i think youd like the playfulness out of the park and on jumps and side hits.

Already ordered 178 E dollos and i am stepping up from 171 Volkl ledges that got destroyed in less than a month which was fairly dissaponintng. I jib alot in and out of the park so thanks for the help!!!
