Armada ARV 96 Binding Selection

Hey, I am about to get a pair of 2023 Armada ARV 96’s and had a few question about the bindings. I am 99% set on getting Look Pivot 12’s, because I am more of a park skier. I ran into an issue when looking for my bindings, Pivot’s only come in 95mm and 115mm brake width, and I do not know if 95mm bindings would fit on these skis, and if 115mm would be too big. Also I am wondering where to mount the bindings, I ski a lot of park on the East Coast but I go out West about once a year and ski deep powder and was wondering if getting my skis center mounted would hinder my ability to ski powder.

If you have any advice/experience I would love to hear it, just looking for a second opinion on a few things. Thanks

you'll be good with 95mm

just mount them at the freestyle line, it is not a powder ski and doesn't float that well regardless of where they are mounted

Mount them center since you spend alot of time in the park.

Everyone says they go out west to ski powder but unless your going to a resort like Silverton the chances of "deep" powder aren't really that high.

If you really find your self out west on a forecasted dump for a few days just rent some dedicated pow skis and keep the 96's as a fun daily driver.

1000% go with the 95 brakes, they run large, B95 fits 96 waist perfectly (honestly almost a little too big for my taste)

and mount at recommended. it's how the ski was designed to ski, it will help a lot in soft snow, and it's armada, the recommended line is very "progressive," this aint some old school company mounting them -9 back or something. people really overdo it with suggesting center mount on this forum

but also, choose where to mount them, do it, and stop thinking about it. really not worth stressing over. believe me i've been there
