hi, I’ve got to buy a pair of armada arv 84’s

length 163 cm I’m 180 6ft 2 is this a ski that would work for me in the park

No worries man but yeah those will be really small on you. Since you’re new to skiing you should probably use skis that are smaller than what people on here will

suggest but 163s on you will be really small

At you're height and weight, a ski as short as 163 would not have any stability. Especially if you're looking to get into park, a short ski just wouldn't provide enough of a platform for you to land on. I think a 177 would be doable for you while still being manageable to learn on.
