Armada ARV 84?

So I'm 18 y/o, 185 cm tall and weigh around 140-150 pounds. I would say i am a pretty descent skier (adv intermediate to advanced).

Im however just starting to get into park stuff and i was wondering if you would recommend the Armada ARV 84s (even tho its a kids' ski, it comes in length 177). Im a little worried that i would be "under performing" with them or whatever, since it is a kids' ski. My knowledge is pretty limited. How would they do as all mountain/park skis, considering my weight/height etc?

Thanks :)

Obviously it's all personal preference but 177 cm sounds a bit short for you as an all mountain set up. Also, the ARV 84 is set up as a price point ski with a full-cap construction. Full cap isn't the worst thing on earth, it keeps prices down, but it lacks a lot of the rigidity that you'd want in an all mountain ski. Overall, I think the ARV 84 might be a good park only option for a beginner but if you're looking for a true all mountain ski that works well in the park look at options like the ARV 96 and the Kartel 98.

If anything id stick with the Armada ARV 96 in the 184cm, maybe 177cm if you'd life but that would be a little short for you imo. Better all mountain wise and can withstand more abuse that the 84 most likely

I'd get the 96, will be more versatile, I bought some AR7s two years ago and I love them but I'm now in the market for a wider all mountain freestyle ski now and I wish I'd picked up Kartels or the wider ARVs back then
