Armada ARV 106 Sidewall Damage

Marine epoxy would work best as it is less brittle when cured. Clamp the shit out of it and hope ferda best
 
Tiny ass wood screws into the sidewall/edge teeth to reinforce. I've found with a delamination of that size is going to need more reinforcement than just epoxy and clamps.
 
That's what happened to my Al Dentes too. I didin't glue it or anything, just put some silicone there so the core doesn't get wet. Three years and they still haven't fallen apart.

but srsly, i would contact armada bc that shit should not happen even when your hitting rails. Edge cracks/blowouts are on you but a huge crevasse like that should be covered by warranty imo
