I am 5'4 115 120 puods and do almost only park (the only time i do groomers and backcountry is to get to a park) is the ar7 too stiff and too all mountain for me
 
I would definetly get them!
I also ride almost completly park and am about 120 pounds aswell, although i am quite a bit taller (5'10-5'11..yeah yeah i know. Im a string bean.)
I bought them with the same intenion you have and they are fine. They are really not that stiff. after flexing them a bit you should still be able to handle them without problem. Great ski.
