hey. i'm looking in to buying one of these skis for 40% and 60 % hardpacked/groomers.im 15, 5 foot 5 and 105 pounds and im an advanced skier. im looking to do rails on these skis so of course (yes i've heard about how terrible the duribility is terrible but i heard that salomon worked out the bugs and that they're a totally ill ski before they break). also can you also include how flexy the ski is if you know. thanks!!!

P.S. if you would like to reccomed a binding as well that wouldnt hurt :)

All I have to say is do not buy Suspects...too much has already been said about this, just searchbar it.

I haven't heard anything but good things about the AR6's and the Walls so I don't think you can go wrong with either of them.

UPDATE!

Suspects are out. sounds like its flat out wayy to sketchy to buy them..

So its either ar6 or walls..which ones the better for carving?

well walls are center mounted so not the best for groomers and ar6s are not, so id think their better for groomers

i think im going ar6's...any bindings i should look into..possibly marker griffons or 12.0's? rossi's? or looks? salomon is also a possiblity but slim...THANKS

I have rossi bindings and have had the brakes replaced about 8 times. I have volkl walls too and they're a great ski, no complaints about them. They are somewhat buttery but im only 95 pounds. Best park ski ive had.

you can mount the walls farther back; they're just symmetrical.
honestly, with those two skis its up to you. id say the walls, but the ar6 are great too.

Either ski you should put a Jester or Griffon on. Walls wouldn't be quite as good for groomers so I would say AR6 is the way to go.

Although I just shat on the Suspects....Salomon's park bindings are top notch and I would highly recommend them. For your weight you would be fine with the STH-12's

yes they do chip more than most skis but i have a pair and they are very solid and have perfect flex the chipping doesnt affect the performance of the ski i would definatly go with the ar6 if i was u

hows the ar6 in terms of weight, skiing switch and boxes/rails?
anyone know a good length for me 5'10" 160lbs. and if anyone knows the actual weight in grams or pounds that would be awesome
++k

Griffon no doubt. So much better. I love mine. I will never buy another binding besides Jesters or Griffons.
