Armada AR3?

For a junior ski, they are about as close to an adult ski as they come, they even are recomended to be drilled like adult skis, because they are strong enough, and armada didn't skimp on them. They are really close to an ar5.
 
honestly I have never ridden ar3s because they are too small, but judging on the rest of armada's fleet they will peform really well. We have a pair in our shop though. they are a pretty stiff ski for a junior ski, which makes them good for kids who really know how to ski, and the mounting point is also pretty far forward, making them close to center, but allowing kids to carve great. Also the real sidewalls is an improvement as far as handleing goes, because most junior skis have capped construction, which isn't always the greatest. But you would have to ask somebody who is under 5 feet how they ride.
 
Great ski....I've had them for the season so far and my only complaint is that the top layer scratches a tad easy, but that is fixable with stickers and other stuff. I have ridden a pair of my friend's AR5's and the AR3's really are exactly the same just easier to spin.
 
i have the 150's, but ive never rode any other ski, this is my first ski so i cant really compare it to others, but personally i think theyre really good skis
