Armada Al Dente

I'm supported by a local shop here in Italy and they're thinking about give me a pair of Al Dente next season. I'm so stoked about it but I'm worry that Al Dente is too soft and I don't want to feel them "unstable" in the landing or while I'm taking off... So I just wanna know what do you think about these skis and if in your opinion AR7 is better than Al Dente (I've skied Halo for two years)

And yeah, I know Dollo hit big air with them, but in my opinion he can hit big air also with Decathlon skis and the same is for every pro skier

Totally comes down to how you ski. They are very differnt skis the ar7 and al dente. Generally if you are more of slope rider, so jumps and bigger features go ar7. Full camber will give the most pop and also the most stability.

If you are more of a jib kid, so smaller jumps and more rails, then the al dente could be more fun, personally I would go Thall instead though.

I would go al dente if I wanted a soft all mnt jib ski. Persoanlly I think they are two wide for a serious park ski. For me I had to upsize to 188 and there is no way I would want to be throwing a 188 ski around the park.

So Serious Park = AR7

Jib Park = Thall

All mnt Jib = Al dente

make sure that you get the right size if you get the dentes. they are unstable if you get them too small, but are magical if you get them in the right size. the sizing looks scary but the rocker makes is why they are like that. the 188 skis like something that is around 180, the 178 skis like something 170 and so on. So if you ski a 178 normally, get the 188s and don't worry about the weight, the al dentes are some of the lightest skis on the market. but they are really fun.
