Are vishnus a viable option?

Hey guys, I'm looking at buying a pair of vishnus for next year, but I'm kinda hesitant to because idk how they perform outside of the park. Obviously I won't be skiing deep in them but do they perform all mountain? I'll be living and skiing in whistler if that's relevant.

I know someone that rides the ''Wet'' in Whis and he loves them. They look ridiculously soft. Which can make anything fun. Depends how you ride outside the park

There are prolly 0 threads on here that could have answered that question for you. Good thing you made a thread I'm very curious as well

Yeah lmao that's my main reason for being hesitant, apparently they're the softest ski on the market

Id disagree with that, id say they are the most playful park ski out, but the actual flex is not. The rockered shape along with the flex does, but by pure hand flex Id disagree, but you get the idea

Yeah I get you just kind of a poppy playful ski

after watching some people ski on them it looks like they would be awful outside the park. It also seems as though everyone who rides them stands pretty much straight up on them, I feel like if you tried to ski them hard with a forward stance they would not be fun

this guy speaks sense. unless I'm badly mistaken a ski that can be buttered as easily as the wet seems to be able to can't be that good at speed or in chop. where are you? maybe contact and see if they have a rider in your area who's skis you can try out

I'll be moving to whis and kinda wanna buy skis before I move. As a side note, do you know how the poachers flex?
