Are these even worth remounting or will they snap immediately??

If you could reuse any holes that'd be good but I wouldn't pay much for those skis.
 
The ski shops tell you not to remount more than 3 times so they can sell you more skis, in reality with enough red locktite u can mount them as much as u want

One time I got some old moment jibs that had 6 mounts and somehow squeezed another mount in there (using an existing hole here and there) and they surprisingly held up for 3/4 of a season and then sadly snapped while doing a worm turn infront of a group of girls.
 
Fill the old holes with cut up barbecue skewers and the strongest epoxy you can find and sand it flat afterwards and you'll be good
