Are these bindings toasted??

Old Axial 12's I pulled off a pair of dumpster skis. There are cracks in the plate right behind the two front mounting screws. The cracks are on both heel pieces.

Are they worth mounting with cracks in the heel piece?

Can this be welded?

What happens if they break while I'm skiing?

Can this be welded? No. You have a welder but can't buy bindings?

What happens if they break while I'm skiing? You die.

Welding plastic is never ideal and I wouldn’t do it on anything that bears any load and expect it to hold up.

Salvage any peices you can if you use axials on other skis. Otherwise bin em
