I'm upgrading my skis and am planning on spending a bit more time in the park this season, I have spx 15s from my race skis that I no longer use but they're still in near perfect condition. Are they viable for a much lighter twin tip or should I just bite the pivot bullet? for reference I'm looking into getting season eqpt kins this coming season.

Hey man, its your parents' money so you can do whatever the hell you want.

I bought all of the things I said in the post but I appreciate the advice lol

If it can be mounted flat without a race plate it'll work. If it's one of that spx "rockerface" or what ever might not

I did some research and it looks like you can mount them flat with a little extra effort since there isn't a template for them without the race plate
