Arctic Skiing?

One of my mates just did an arctic expedition across greenland and into the arctic using tele's. Once he got there he said some of the lines he saw down the glaciers were truly breath taking. Does anyone know of any ski films that are shot in the arctic or better yet anyone ever skied there?

I know that Jeremy Jones has been spending some time in Greenland and Svalbard hitting some lines. The footage will be in his current video project "Further" which won't be out till next year.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I also believe that Chris Davenport has spent some time skiing up in Greenland as well? I could just be making this up though so don't quote me on it.

A good few people are snagging all kinds of lines in Greenland and Antarctica. For some, there are programs (expensive as all hell) dedicated to just bagging first descents.

Not skiing but a pretty mind blowing video of the arctic.

Jeremy said that there was 24 hours of sunlight when he was in greenland, he could just watch the sun go around the sky and ski different aspects all day long...sounds so sick out there

Chris Davenport has done it. I know there are ski resorts in Iceland, which is in the arctic circle. It would be dope to do. You can ski basically anywhere that there is snow if you have the right resources

I'm actually above the arctic circle right now!

Skiing up here would be incredible, but with Alaska so close why would you even bother?
