Aperatue 3 vs. Adobe Elements 8

I need to decide between the two. Any other suggestions considered, but refrain from them and help me with the debate between the two. Thanks.

If money is an issue, Adobe Elements 8 for Mac is only $80 from Adobe's website, while Aperture 3 is $200. Just something to consider.
