Apartments/ Houses at the U

I''m probably going to the U next fall for school, and I was wondering who knows of sick places to live as a freshman. I'm looking for an apartment or house that will be shared with 2 or 3 friends, that's decently priced and within walking distance of the campus. So if you know of any sweet areas post post post! thanks guys

live in the dorms for a semester, youll meet way more people. then move out at christmas break, thats what i did and it worked out well.
