Anywhere to buy old ski gear on close out?

I know there are tons of summer sales ,etc. Really want to pick up a new pair of boots. Don't feel like spending $6-800 on them. i would be so fine with like 2008/9 boots. Just looking for a stiffer boot maybe 120 flex rating.
 
you actually can get some pretty good deals on boots at those summer sales. I got a pair of technica cochise 130 pros at one of those sales brand new for 450. the cheapest boots are online, but if you're gonna do it that way, you should at least try on boots in a ski shop first to make sure they fit.

I was going to mention Level Nine. They had killer deals on a bunch of Rossi skis a couple months ago. I'd keep an eye on their site although I'm sure a lot of the goods have been picked over by now, good to keep in mind for next off-season though.
 
check forums for slightly used boots on here and TGR. I got my full tilt konflicts or whatever for like $200 off some guy on TGR 4 years ago when he used them for like a few weeks
 
getboards.com actually has some great deals some times. def worth checking out and picking threw it etc. there are some good deals on their tho. and then ya L9 for sure.
