Anyone with exotic pets?

when i was a kid i was playing "tennis" with my dad out on our street one night and a bat flew right at me so i swung my racquet around to scare it off but it flew right into a particularly fine forehand swing. i was traumatized. the bat survived though
 
i live out in the boonies and it just kinda walked into my yard, it was little, so i figured it couldnt attack me too bad, so i chased it and just grabbed it haha, and then the little rascal just started coming into my house whenever it wanted to, so i gave it a name and kept it!
 
I had a Goffin Cockatoo. He was a drunk and stonner. Kid you not. We gave him beer and he would always fly out when we were cheifing. One day i found him eating the resin out of our bowl piece. Damn stonner bird. And he was quite a sight when he was drunk.
 
there's like 5 foxes at my beach that come out at like 7 at night, me and my friends gave them all names when we were surfing, but theyre not really pets, just badass animals.
 
I would really love a fox, those animals are amazing.

I'm sorry I worded it wrong and was in a hurry. I meant to say that the older it gets and longer it's been out of it's true element, there is a better chance that it's natural instincts will take over at some point and it could attack. And when an animal that is 250 lbs of pure muscle decides it wants to do something there is no stopping it.

Also you can't really compare it to bears. They are a lot easier to train, people have been doing it forever.
