Anyone shoot with Tamron 17 - 50 f2.8?

Its a good lens, well worth your time and price, no video, and aspherical just means it cuts down on certain abberations.

I would be careful with buy dig. They dont have a great reputation...

Quality lens. Never shot with it, but I have heard good things. Have shot with 2.8 sigma 18-50mm and heard the Tamron focus' better and faster. Basically theres a reason they discontinued the Sigma for canon, and I think it has to do with this tamron being better.
Heres a better price and a trusted seller...

419 after rebate.
Im looking to get this guy as well at some point.

I have a t2i and I shoot with the Tamron 17-50 f/2.8 I really like this lens, it has served me well for as long as I have been using it...for both video and stills. It's a good foundation lens to build your lens collection off of IMO

Not sure if its true with the t2i, but I used a D90 a while back and manually focusing I could hear the lens focusing..

As in I dont have a video, I shoot nikon, and they havent come out with anything worth spending my time on. D7k is close, but still not widely available.
