Anyone near PCMR in need of a roommate...?

Just moved here from Portland OR, 23yrs old, recent grad, 420/party friendly. Looking for something month-to-month or seasonal through April so I can go back to Hood in May. My price range is anywhere from $500-800/month if what I'm paying for is worth it. I plan on working nights and skiing days, and even though I party I'm also a fan of cleaning, doing dishes, etc. Been looking for somewhere close to Main St. and PCMR (OldTown/ParkAve-ish?), trying to live the dream and be stumble-distance from the bars and the lift-line :)Help me out NS!
 
^yup, been going back and forth between CL, KSL, and ParkRecord.com for days now... figured i'd add NS into the rotation
 
^lol, i called that dude within 10 minutes of the OP and he seemed interested... the next day he tells me he rented it to a friend, and then re-posts the same listing the day after that... guess he didnt like me much :(
