Anyone listen to Hopsin?

I think I saw the exact same thread yesterday. And over the past two days I've seen that song posted 3-4 times. And you double posted this thread.
 
hopsin is garbage

people claim they listen to him to try and sound like they are edgy and like the message
 
hopsin sucks. hes a rapper who bashes on almost every other rapper. including ones much more talented than him. to be fair though some deserve it
 
I would never listen to this guys music, because it's not music.

It's fucking poetry. This guy has a message, and you fucking shitheads better listen, because every word of it is the truth.

90% of you everyone on this forum are the fools he's addressing in the video. Listen up, or you will learn the hard way down the line.
 
Hopsin is actually someone who has been around for years...

I'ts funny seeing him get noticed now.
 
yeah, I personally liked him on his first two albums I forget the names, havent listened to him in quite a while it had a green cover and the other one was RAW or something liked that, both had some good stuff, other songs blew because he sounds like hes screaming or crying. The "ILL mind" series aren't good songs, but theyre good lyrics because society these days is pretty fucked up and he likes to point out that at like 75% (just a guess) of us are people in that video. Maybe this post makes no sense, it made sense in my head.
 
Yeah about a year ago I downloaded a mixtape of his just to dip my toe into the pool of possibilities and... Long story short I deleted it AND emptied my recycle bin.
 
I might sound like a toolshed for saying that, but I actually like the message of this song.

He might not someone i would listen to on a regular basis, but the lyrics of this song I connected to and enjoyed, and isn't that what rap and hiphop is all about.

It depends, he is really smart, and his rhyme schemes/lyrics can be pretty crazy, but a lot of his songs suck. I only liked like 5 songs off RAW
