I've been into GUSTER for a over a year now and in my opinion are one of the best wuss-rock bands around. its a pretty simple setup, 2 guitars (a bass once and awhile) and the best part is the drummer who plays only hand drums. its amazing to see them live. Check them out at www.guster.com

and if your gonna download something by them start off with FA FA, and barrel of a gun

 
yeah...local band from Tufts U in boston. Goldfly is their best cd and best song is 'Demons.' they should have a new cd coming out soon

yeah fa fa is a decent song, but theyre alittle too wuss-rocky or whatever for me, they try to sound alittle too pretty, but theyre good, no doubt

Good lord, to bears shit in the woods. You should see what my x-girlfriend got me for christmas. It's a personally autographed (by all members of guster) professionally framed poster from the lost and gone forever disc. I also have every single one of my guster cd's autographed by each member of the band...

I'm a pretty big fan of Guster. I guess they're coming out with a new album in the fall and the drummer is going to use sticks on a few of their songs. I'm going to the guster/mayer concert up in portland with my girlfriend and if that's not a sure fire way to get some I don't know what is.

I bought lost and gone forever but I just lost interest in it. It was a good cd but at that time I need something different. I would love to go to a Guster concert, they used to do a lot in Maine.

 
I'm gonna be at the seattle show on Aug. 10th. If any of you guys or girls are gonna be there post. I've heard from reviews that john mayer is getting a longer set than guster and most his fans are stupid 15 year old girls that should be on TRL. But spread the GUSTER love where ever you can!

I'm a rep for Guster - I sell their CD's and get free tickets/backstage passes to shows, along with other cool stuff (like CD's before they are released, private shows with other reps, chill with the band before the show, etc). They are really cool guys and their 'wuss rock' is pretty damn good for that genre. Parachute and Goldfly are definitely better than Lost and Gone Forever, but Lost and Gone is more radio friendly. Parachute, Demons, Airport Song, Rocketship, and Melanie are their best songs. If you go to a show, bring ping-pong balls.
