I've been riding my black K2 enemies for just over two years now, now only when I'm not riding my scratches, but here's the problem. I was checking the edges which have multiple cracks for some reason...And I noticed a hunk of soft white plasticy material bowing the edge and separating it from the ski cap, and I found another one the other day.

It appears to have come from inside the ski...

any one else had this happen?

tough one- my guess is it's the foam coming from the core but..........don't those have a wood core?? Shit--where do you store them? It could be the adhesive they use to connect the base to the edges. I really don't know, i'm no pro at ski construction but they might consider warrenty on that type of thing. If you store in a hot or moist room, if the core has gotten water inside of it an it possible has frozen....therefore expanding the core. i have no idea dude, just some random thoughts.

you could've destroyed the core but ive never seen it happen.... the only way to check for sure is to tear it apart.. ask ur shop though they might have better ideas... what is the core made of?

 
thanks guys for the help, Ithink if it's semen, then I'm just gonna drain em out and donate it to a sperm bank, and then use the money to buy some public enemies, half a cat and a bottle of lemon juice

I know this is not o itproblem and not seamen... It is from storing them in a warm place and skiing on them in the cold to often if they get really hot the core will semi-melt and then if you flex'em in the cold right after the base will split right near the edge and the 'man mayo' will ooze out...

Actually I just made all that up... But i bet I had some of you idiot newbies fooled
