So someone hacked my twitter account and no it wasnt one of my friends noone knows I run this account. It isnt my personal account its an account with 191000 followers. I need to get it back but Twitter does not do much for hacked accounts. So I figured I would take matters into my own hands. Anyone who can hack the account and get me the password I will obviously +K and but ill give you a payment. If you are serious please message me.

I should add something:I won't do it because you can't prove that it was your account at one point in time.

Also, it could be too late by now to be an easy in. He has changed every tie you ever had to that account by now. Whoever it was probably guessed your security password because they can be stupidly easy with a little knowledge about the person and a little help from teh googles.

Well....based on my little knowledge of hacking, I would first question on how they got your info.

Did they use a typical virus program? Trojan? Key logger? Gotta be careful what you download

If not a typical virus, my guess would be someone got into a part of Twitter's database using SQL injection, code injection, or even guessed it. I've seen programs brute attack people's accounts using some of the most common words the victim tweets.

TLDR: Hacking into people's things is not only semi-complicated, but also a felony. Don't overstep your boundaries :)

Do you realize how unlikely that is? I know those programs exist but really? That's your guess?

*Based off my little knowledge of hacking*

Secondly, people can get into major databases using those types of injections all the time....shit look at Sony. They were the victim of a simple SQL injection that allowed hackers to nab literally all their user accounts and credit card numbers. I'm not saying it's likely, just keeping the possibilities open bro

I realize how often these are attempted. I'm just saying if I really went to that kind of trouble I wouldn't simply steal someones account.

i found a place on the deep web called the people's army or some shit. They're a group of hackers that will have shit for you if they're serving justice.

youre fucked in this case cause you cant prove it's your account

just give up--you;re screwed bro. you think the guys who made twitter were so dumb that their defense is peentrable by kids on NS?

you fucked up somehow with an easy to guess PW or security question. Or you signed in on a key logger or someone saw you sign in on your ocmputer and saw your password when you typed it. But i can almost 100% guarentee they didn't truly hack your account.

sorry for typos. on my iPhone

with this logic, couldn't someone be hacking any twitter account with 191000 followers? You showed no proof of how the account was yours, and I seriously doubt it was.

Just google this.. U can find a few programs that will generate millions and millions of passwords for a specific account. Often the programs need to know what email address they're using though. It's really not that hard... The easiest would be if you know the length of the password and the email they use. But any ways, there is always a way, just gotta find the easiest opening in the network.

And just like it was mentioned above, it'll be hard to find someone to do it for you, nothing you can do to prove it was once yours.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brute-force_attack

It's a popular method and in theory could crack any password. However, if the password it is trying to guess is longer than like 3 characters, then the program could take like 6 months.....depending on the computer.

You could also use a dictionary attack. It's basically the same thing as a brute attack except that it uses common word and number combinations.

I have proof that the account was mine (emails and the account is on my phone). And the account was @MotiivateMe. It was extremely stupid shit but women and teens eat that shit up.

paypal me $15 along with the name, email, and date you were hacked and I can easily take care of this for you.

I can hack it.

What's your email and password of that email. Then what is the twitter account name?

now make a website and direct followers to it. then sell adsand sell tshirts and other stupid shit that people want

if twitter gets fucked on an sql injection, they should get shot down.

come on, how many fields can you use for that? "name", "password", "personal question" ?

cant be that hard to secure that shit. dont allow special characters use quotation marks in the where statement "SELECT balbal FROM tab_blabla WHERE blabafbla='basdasdas'".

cant be that tough when you dont have to allow special characters. even the tweets themselves, with a semi-legit white and blacklist, not even that is hard.

i think OP just got a little fucked. i have 5 passwords which mean a little bit to me, like paypal, webservers/mysql passwords and all of them are at least 15 characters long with as much special characters as possible and no "regular" word in there. write them on a sheet of paper and put it into a safe if you cannot memorize it.

i follow the notion to tell OP to "web harder". lost hard there

I also have access to the account on a 3rd party application called hootsuite. Thought Id share to prove that I was the owner of the account, before it got hacked. Sorry for pointlessly bumping this but Im just trying to do whatever it takes to get this account back
