you need to take them to either a Rossignol dealer or a Lange/Look/Dynastar dealer, both will be able to help you out. And you will most likely need a copy of your original receipt. Companies need to work through a shop as they have no way of billing customers that aren't pros or instructors (it's a tax/accounting thing).
