Anyone know anything about computer programming?

so basically i installed AVG and immediately scanned it on my new laptop. the first virus that comes up is on system32dl or something like that. looking back i know this was stupid of me but i quarentined it and now my computer wont turn on. is there anyway i can repair this or do i really have to bring my computer into best buy?

Are you sure it was system32.dll? That is 100% a virus masking itself as a Windows system file, it is not a file that windows needs to start up. What exactly is the computer doing when you try to boot it up?
