I’m looking to move out to Revy for a couple months starting January. Anyone have any tips or tricks on living out there? Or anyone need or know someone who needs a roommate?

Get here yesterday. Every single urban professional working from home in cities is trying to move here right now the housing situation is brutal

Is that allowed? This is my first time moving away from home so I’m not sure what to expect

Allowed? Yes. A good idea? No. Someone will probably steal all of your eggos in freezer

Seems scary tbh

I don’t wanna live with that many people in one place

Living in a hostel is fine, heaps of people do it. Dorm rooms are a great way to meet people to go shred with! I stayed here:
http://revyhostel.com/ and had the best time of my life.... Ask to be put in a downstairs dorm.

Buy a season pass, you’ll save cash and you get free rides to the mountain via the bus which is a short walk from the hostel I mentioned.

ps Catchers Mitt is lit asf

you'll have the best time ever dude!

The hostel in Revy isn't bad. It's reasonably priced. There's a kitchen on each floor so you can cook, you get free pass to the public pool which is deluxe and like a block away. There's a drying room for gear and the shuttle to the mountain stops right outside. You have opportunities to meet lots of people. It would probably get old after a couple weeks though.

TBH the hostel would maybe even be preferable to renting a room/couch/closet in a crowded house.

Gl finding a good job during covid. I really hope the best for ya if you want to move out there this winter I hope the rent wont kill ya
