You inhale a cigar pretty hard and you're gonna puke, and feel like crap...... I've done it accidentially, and seen it happen to others, that's why I asked.

thats happened to me many times before but it had a lot to do with crazy heat and my low blood sugar too. last time it happened to me i was out a concert and ended up having to puke in a ben and jerrys ice cream box. oh yes, good times.
