Anyone have poker tournaments???

i had a poker tournament at my house last night.. i was planning having like 20 people but only 12 played. 20 dollar buy-in and i ended up winning it all... took about 5/6 hours..

anyone else do this.. my brother had 40 people once 20 dollar buyin sooo much fucking money its so fun and legit
 
i've done a few with friends, but like with your situation, too many people flake out.so i've done a good bit of tournies at local small casinos and cashed out a few times. won a fair bit in online tournaments, too, but managed to spend it all soon after
