Il be going to college there next year and I won't know anybody.. So I'm making this thread to maybe find some friends/carpool buds or possibly even a roommate. This would also help me out to find where to get my season pass next year. Il a

A bunch of my friends who snowboard go there. Don't get a pass anywhere. They have the Dunn County snowpark which is FREE! Super dope setup with a bunch of rails, lights and everything. They may even be putting in a ropetow in the near future.

Awww sick. Didn't expect many replies really. Il have to look into the Dunn county snowpark. sounds awesome, but I'm assuming it must just be hiking?? If anyone is looking for a roommate they should shoot me a pm .

Ya it is hiking but its a only a 2 minute drive. It's also a really small hill so its not that big of a deal plus you get a lot more hits. If you want a season pass somewhere there is always Trollhaugen too and they have a $99 college student pass which can't be beat. All my friends from stout go there all the time so it wouldn't be hard to find a ride.

When in doubt, go to Stout. If not there, then Eau Claire. If you can't read River Falls.

My roomate went there last year, we're from wisco. Now he moved out to Montana where theres actually mountains.. But ya Dunn County Snowpark is about all you have. Afton is over an hour away i think and thats the closest if i remember right.

troll's park is pretty goddamn awesome, they always have creative stuff and it's always maintained (except at night). I'd say that troll's rail game is better than granite, granite definitely has got much better jumps though.
