anyone from MTU

i am planning to go to mtu next year and i was just wondering what they have at mt. ripley (rails and such).

i have an american dream but it involves black masks and gasoline

hey, im probably goin to mtu next year too. i was just up there a couple weeks ago and bohemia was awsome. plenty of fresh snow, and none of drops were tracked out. ripley was pretty nice, the tables were all groomed and in super nice condition, but it was cold as shit and i wasnt really into riding the park. As far as rails and shit, they had a couple, but just driving through houghton i saw at least 10 good handrails and jibs. Anyways, we should deffineltly get in contact, cause i didnt see too many other non-racing skiers up there. E-mail me at jlindy86@hotmail.com or i'll try messaging you and we can talk some more.

alright... my brother goes there but he tore is acl last year and had to sit this year out

hey

im head of the ski club up here. ripley is really sick this year. they have like 25ft table going into a 35ft hip into a big table (35+?) with 2 different transitions and then a smaller table at the bottom. it was really nice last week when it warmed up. bohemia has also been really nice this year. we've got around 230' so far. you can check out our sitehttp://www.sos.mtu.edu/snow/ i'll try to remember to put up some pics of the park at ripley.

ME AND B-WALD WENT THERE THIS WINTER. ONE WORD SWEET. THEY HAD LIKE 5 HITS OVER 35' AND A 60 FOOTER. A SWEET BOX AND A BUNCH OF TIGHT RAILS THAT WERENT SET UP BUT IT WAS INSANE. CHEAP TOO

i like my women like i like my steak. black on the outside but pink and juicy in the middle.

We neglected to say that you CAN SKI EVERY DAY if you want, the hill is 2 min away and they night skiing at Ripley, you can't find that many other places! So the skiing may not be amazing but qunatity makes up for it. By the way, they need to work on the jibbing side of the park and make some spines for next season.

never met aaron. if anyone goes up there next semester. they should help out the ski club. we have money and need ways to spend it. look into it cause im transferring and there will now only be like 2 sick skiers up there and none who care to do anything for the ski community.

i don't know yet cause U of M can't decide and i decided im too poor to go out of state unless I live somewhere permantly first. im switchin to architecture, so somwhere that offers a bach/masters program.

if your lucky... you might catch ricky halverson on the slopes of ripley, but probly not cuz he gave up skiing for tennis!!! just goes to show what tech does for ya

liam told me i should quit skiing

does mtu have a good architecture program or not?

They switched from the Swingline to the Boston stapler, but I kept my Swingline stapler because it didn't bind up as much.
