If you are in Revy right now you're probably aware that we are sitting in quite the high pressure system. It's dominating the whole south province (maybe north too, but I don't pay attention to that). I don't think anyone in southern BC has seen any snow since that bit we got in late September. With nothing but sunshine in the long range forecast, I don't think you'll be getting any worth while skiing in before Halloween. I was in Lilloet last weekend for Thanksgiving and the Duffy was dry with the snowline a few hundred meters above the highway. There MIGHT be some skiable zones up high around Bralorne, but the snow will be very hoary, rotten, and most likely full of sharks - you'd probably need to stick to glaciers to get any turns in.
Check the TGR forum, they might have some real beta on the situation over there, but I doubt it's going to be promising.
