Anyone ever flowride (artificial surf thing)?

no but it looks like so much fun, i work at a waterpark and i always say they should get one of those so i could just session it all day.

Thanks, I'm alright at snowboarding but since I'm on this site, you know I'm a skier. I can probably get the rents to pay for it too so I think I will give it a shot.

yea on a cruise. was always busy though.
it was different from snowboarding but its similar. itll take you a couple tries to make the link between the two if you dont snowboard all the time
dunno if its worth the 25$, but if you really want to say youve tried it before....

falling hurts, especially when you get pushed off the back onto the rubber grate (at least that's how they set it up where i did it), but it was really fun, and so was the bodyboarding. If you're good at skating/snowboarding you'll be fine

Ended up going today and it was super fun. Only did one 30 min session with only one other experienced guy who left half way through so pretty much had the thing to myself. It was definitely worth it that way but I would probably want to do it more if I was sharing it with 5 other people. Felt pretty comfortable but fell a lot trying hard turns and starting from the top. Didn't hurt that much though. I definitely recommend everyone to give it a shot if you ever get the chance.
