Anyone else do shitty on SAT's?

thats not bad man, my parents made me take a prep course for them and i got like a 1300 on the practice tests. I hope i did better on the psat's though, i think i did... where you wanna go to schooL? just go to some school good for skiing
 
im looking at schools in utah and colorado, and i dont even know if they take SAT's. but its still shitty

they go to 2400 now
 
by taking them 2 times and doing better on the stuff i did bad on the first time and vice versa, i have a 1700. that's combining the best parts of each test which im positive you can do. i had a 1590 the first time i took the test, a 160o and sumthing this time. so combining them i got a 110 point increase
 
2120 bitches! But, if you really want to improve check out some prep courses. Its tough to raise enlish, but math you can raise pretty easily
 
I didn't finish the essay the first and only time I took them and I ended up with a 1650. I'd like to do better, but I really hate that test and I'm going to a technical school so I'm not taking it again.
 
crazy bo bazy^ yeah i incresed my mathe the second time and i wasnt even trying to increase it. i spent all my time on the critical reading
 
im ok at english and terrible at math. during sophomore year on the psat i got a 1780. 490 math, 620 writing,670 reading, i think. I actually really want to take a prep class for math especially.
 
im a sophomore in hs and i took one a couple weeks ago and got a 52 on grammar so, it shows how crappy my teacher was last year, our hw would just be to read and shed read the same stuff in class the next day, and thats basically all we did all year
 
jeeez i was like wtf??? you all are savants! i got a thirteen hundie on mine, but i took it 3 years ago when it only went up to 1600.
 
i got a 900 on the psats 3 years ago, lets just say that the psats did't reflect my real score a bit
 
Ive got middle of the road grades in school but i kick standardized test ass.

Got a 31 on the ACT last year, just took it a week ago for second time, hoping for 33, hellz yes
 
Well.. its out of 2400 now? So I dont know if you are talking about the old ones, but you said you got a 1650, so that doesnt really make sense. a 1650 on the new ones would be like an 1100 on teh old ones.
 
i'm taking them 11/5, i took a prep course, and it just made me hate the test that much more, i'll probably do worse because of it
 
I got like an 1100 (bombed it) and still to this day I don't give a shit. Good colleges are so overrated. I have friends who have landed bomb ass jobs fresh out of college that went to shitty schools. I think you're better off going to a medicore school and doing really well, cum laude exc. Then going to a bomb ass school and struggling. Life's about having fun and the real learning experience of college doesn't come from a classroom, it comes in the ability to multitask and maintain your focus on important tasks when your opporunties to party and get laid are abundant. It's a true test of ones responsibility and character.
