I'm heading out with the wife to Halifax next thursday for a little vacation and to pig out on some fantastic seafood. I was looking to maybe plan out an itinerary of some sorts or just have a list of thingsto do/see, so I waswondering if any of you could help me with some suggestions? I'm looking for anything from good restaurants/pubs/bars to any type of attraction or whatever, so just type up as many suggestions as you can think of; the more the better!

Thanks!

I've been to Halifax once but I was about 11 years old. I just remember there is a breakfast restaurant franchise there named Cora's that was really good.

a ton of my high school friends go to dalhousie and king's college in halifax - i could def get you a list of bars but they would be uni bars seeing as your going with your wife that might not be your scene but i could try if you want me too

check out the five fishermans restaurant by the harbour. its pretty fancy so dress nice and they have an all-you-can-eat salad and muscle bar. also apparently its haunted because it used to be an old funeral home.. but i didnt see anything weird.

Go to the harbour, the Mic Mac Mall is a pretty good mall if you plan on shopping, if you get a chance check out A1 or Entity.

go to lawrencetown beach and rent a surfboard, ride the harbour hopper, ride theodore the tugboat, eat at the alexander keiths brewery, if you have access to a car then definitely take a drive up cape breton island, there's some cool stuff to see up durrr

I went once to check out Dal. My dad and I ate at a restaurant that was called the Wooden Monkey (or something like that). It was dope and as I recall they made a mean pulled pork sandwich. Also, we checked out the Keith's market thing down by the water which was nice. A bit touristy but still worth visiting.

Thanks for all the suggestions guys! And to that one guy up there, uni bars would be good, when I say wife I mean my gf and im not an old man im just 21 ahahaha.
