Anyone been on a chair roll back?

Yeah brah, more time to blaze it up, its awesome.

For everyone saying "JUMP OFF!" you're all idiots. There are many safeguards in place to prevent a dangerous rollback, with the last resort being a giant cement block that drops seizing up the lift from moving (or similar on other lift designs). Stay on the chair and enjoy the ride. Not once has a rollback happened like in that video where they removed all safeguards to show what could never happen. The only injuries reported from rollbacks are from the morons jumping off the lift.

Actually you know what? If you're stupid enough to think jumping off the chair is a good idea, go for it. Darwin in full force.

Haha, where you with all of your awesome wisdom now? I suppose youd have taken that bullwheel around eh?

Damn, if only I could have predicted the first ever full rollback would happen two years later at some shitty resort in a 3rd world country!!!

"...to show what could never happen." so saying dumb shit is ok as long as you were ignorant about what you were talking about? cool. a report came out saying that nothing was wrong with the lift, it was all human error. could possibly happen again. or, never, as you said.

A windy day on the famous Palmer chairlift late November.

I believe the wind was the main culprit, it wasn’t completely fucked but we all def felt the chair going in reverse. Luckily Palmer is a high speed detachable and it is easier to control than other Tline lifts.. say Pucci
