I've been getting a few messages from a guy on vimeo that works/owns this "company" and wants to buy, exclusive or non exclusive, specific clips in some of my videos.

I was wondering if anyone has been approached or done business with this guy, and if its legitimate

Seems like he’s either being a middle man for stock video sites or he’s trying to independently sell your clips to whoever needs it.

And probably charging a fair bit more than he pays.
