Anybody know how to contact Konova?

So I want to order a k5 slider with the new motor kit thats out but their website is absolute bullshit and alot of it is poorly translated... So before i buy something I would like to talk to someone from konova to confirm what is included in the bundle. but their is no email on the website and also the phone number they gave is foreign but yet they advertise most of their videos and clients as americans. So does anyone on here know how i could talk to someone?

More than likely you will get a response from 'Frank Shaw'. Now, he is either the only person that responds for Konova, or everybody that does is named Frank Shaw. Also, Frank is a very deceiving name because he definitely doesn't speak english hahah so funny.

I love all the responses you get from Konova.
 
Be carefull with Konova website (www.konovaphoto.com) and Mr Frank Shaw (konova7@gmail.com,https://www.facebook.com/konovaphotovideo). I ordered a shipping to them and product never arrived my home. I payed 1300 usd and I have lost money and parcel.
