freezed Active member Staff member Aug 24, 2009 #9 ^sure they can, I've taken apart and put together FKS before...and I have the spring and half-moon plate and all the pieces, just not the brake. unless you mean it's just extremely difficult to find them, in which case...yeah. you're right.
