Anybody go to Western State?

I'm looking at going there next semester just seeing if any Newschoolers are up there and how they like it.
 
Um I know a couple people who go up there one is on NS and the other two are pretty chill dudes and they all love it a lot! They say its a sick campus and sick school. Its a really outdoorsy school. They have a ton of ski, bike, ect clubs/teams and its close to Crested Butte which is a sick town and sick mountain. They've got DH trails and Dirt Jumps right outside the dorms is what Ive heard. Id go check it out. Shoulds like a great place to be. If you want any more info PM me and I can ask some of the ppl I know that go there

yeah looks like I'll be going there next semester. Always wanted to ski a full season at CB and the campus seems great. Hope your joking about the best looking girls in CO hahah
 
I went there for a couple years, my wife graduated from there. It's alright, cold as shit, nothing to do in winter but ski and drink. The classes are HS level, lots of burn outs and losers because it's real easy to get accepted and cheap. It's a shame the school isn't in CB. Having been to the other lil state schools (adams, ft lewis, mesa) I'd say it's probably the best. If you like outdoor recreation you will have fun there.
 
girls to guys ratio has been changing at western. guys wont go to western with out girls so in the recent years western has been doing alot to promote girls. apparently this freshman batch of kids was 60-40 girls to guys.
