New sections for sure. You can still do it in videos.

However evenutally we move the beta sections to be the production versions and retire the old ones. What section are you talking about?

Change is always tough, give it a chance. Every time we change something, people always want the old stuff back, then some time passes and no one remembers that they cared in the first place.

I thought you were better too... but then you changed.

Lets both learn to live with the new? In time we will forget the old existed.

This should be a feature we can add, what other features would you like to see?

The truth is that the new profiles are here to stay, they operate much better on mobile and in general go along with our new video galleries as well. But we can make them as similar as possible to the old ones, we pushed out the new profiles pretty quickly to work on the video galleries and other new features to be released soon, so some small things were overlooked.

1, Last login date (useful to see if user is actually active)

2, Karma chart

3, Past names (keeping track of who is who)

4, I also didn't mind having the option to add a bunch of extra information about me.
 
wow, you guys really made the site alot easier to navigate. good job

- I really like the whole new notifications tab and profile, good idea with the friends being in a whole different tab, and the karma graph on profile wasnt really needed. Damn dude. I always dreamed of a day when you got notifications when someone added you as a friend or quoted you
 
can we maybe bring back the 'last login' again? Unless i'm just not seeing it, or maybe the little box that had your online friends

I already made a thread about using the old NS website and how you do this, but you go to (https://archive.org/web/) and then type in newschoolers.com in the search bar. At the the top of the site there should be a list/graph of dates and you can go back to the NS website as far as 2000. It doesn't really work for 2000-2006 versions fully, but ive gotten it to work in 2006 the earliest. You might have to try a couple different dates during the year before it works.

i really want to know last login in date to so i know whether to message someone or not because ill know if they are even active
