Any wachusett skiers (mass)

Anybody ski at wachusett during ski season because this year I went and It was pretty crappy. I wanted to know if it was just a bad year for there or what, at mt.snow it was 5x better than there. I only go to wachusett for ski club and chill with friends.
 
I talked to a local from there who also coaches the comp team and he said this year was pretty bad, they changed the trail thats apparently not as good and the jumps were made worse than before. I skied there once and I didnt mind it aside from being a short park and the features shouldnt have been setup side by side but it doesnt seem that bad.

Carinthia was damn fun this year, just wish they changed the features more. Stoked for next season there.
 
Home mtn. Sucked REAL bad this year, but its not very great anyway. they just changed the normal trail the park was on to a much smaller one and they were still getting the feel for things. the lack of snow didn't help either. We can usually make the most out of the park, but you came at a bad time it seems
 
yeah I wouldn't judge them based on this past season. For what space they had they didn't do too bad. hopefully next year the park moves back
 
Why did they move it? Half the fun of wachusett was getting to see people eat shit on the lift ride up
 
the snow was just bad overall down here in MA. They couldn't build a whole lot feature wise and then there was a ton of ice

the best (and knowing wachusett the most likely lol) answer I've gotten is complaints about hooligan park rats swearing and scaring the Asian families on the lift above them
 
This year was pretty bad, last year wasn't all that good either, but the amount of snow we had made up for it. The park here at wachushit is never really that good, but sometimes if its done right it can be really fun. They had a good park a few seasons ago (13/14?) hopefully next season will be different. There must be a reason why everyone who skis here is always drunk stoned or both........................

wachusetts park was good when they had all the features that went into Hitchcock. But that only lasted for about a week when a skier who didn't have a park pass crashed into a rail.

yup this is actually true... we can also blow way more snow on hitchcock so that is one of the reasons
