i have a gopro and a cannon t3i at my disposal anyone have any film tips settings wise or angles and wether i should get a stabilizer and which one

thanks

for gopro: try to get really close it gives you some really cool shots. correct the white balance on an editing software afterwards because gopros always give this yellowish tones. (hero 1) use it in a funky extreme way

for t3i: still shots can be pretty cool, follow can be awesome with a glidecam, get a mic. an edit with decent sound is always pleasant.

sell the gopro and spend it on shit to use with the t3i

GoPro is sick for close up shots because of its wide angle lens. But I agree, the T3i is better all around. Stabilizer is a great investment, it will make your shots look great , because shaky footage and rough clips will be a thing of the past. Stabilizers just make the clips look so smooth.
