i know a little bit it says : made from.. then: coat with.. thats all i know man hope it was helpful!
 
Cant read most of the kanji but it is something along the lines of (if I'm inferring correctly) "please change the timing belt every 10,000 kilometers.
 
Sry for dubpost but I looked up the regular interval to change ones timing belt and it is around 10,000 km so I think that is correct.
 
Cheers for the help guys, timing belt is usually 100,000km so I'll go with that's what it says. It's got 94,000 stamped on it so that's probably when it was last done.
