I had some Reusch last year and they were sick. I had the Xosa Pro G1 but their long gone by now. But if you're just getting back into the sport, pick up some basic ones at Olympia or something
I had a pair of adidas gloves. Cheap for gloves, only 55 dollars. The finger save on them was way better than my 120 dollar gloves. The only reason they were cheap cause there was no padding between your hand and the finger save so punching hurt like a bitch. Just make sure they got grip. Finger save only stopped one goal for me during my career as a goalie so I don't see the need for paying an extra hundred bucks for it
It will be a little deeper than that. For now im just training and can use my old pair. But it will lead to club play within the year and the olympia 20$ wont really cut it.
I have bounced around brands over my years in the net. Last pair I had was a good pair of pumas. I loved them, best gloves I had ever had. Expensive though, roughly $85, got them as a gift.
It was recently time to switch gloves and the store I was in had no pumas that I really liked. I tried on a few pairs and found that Adidas had the best I liked.
I went against the ones that have the finger save thing because I always feel they limit my range and feel weird. These are by far the best gloves I have owned. Got them for $50 too.. had to pull a few tricks. Knowing what I know after using they I would have been more than willing to pay full price. All around great glove, feel great on your hands and help to make those tough saves.
