title says it all. i know that this is kind a shot in the dark, but just throwing it out there. Im considering starting. For those who don't know, its where you consume your daily caloric intake in a 8-4 hour period, and fast for the remaining 16-20. It helps you cut fat, while building muscle by maximizing HGH in your blood.
