Any NSers in Oxford?

I'm over here from the states taking a college course for a few weeks, and was wondering if any of you guys would wanna meet up and go to some clubs or something some time. So far the group I'm with has had okay luck with finding bars and clubs, but if anyone has suggestions they'd be nice.
 
We've already got our one trip to Paris planned out which is using a ton of our money. But come down here and I'll buy your drinks lol.
 
Na drinks are WAY cheaper up north.

Average London pint price is about £3.50

Up north it's like £2.50

Lowest price pint in London is like £2.50

Lowest price pint in Newcastle is £1
 
Im from Oxford but chilling up in leeds. Basically clubs are shit in oxford, but Purple Turtle is cheap for drinking and Cellar just next door has some good dnb and dubstep nights (good for oxford anyway). For pubs hit up the Turf Tavern (they have a BBQ in the evenings which is sick) and the Kings Arms. Aside from that get the Oxford Tube (Bus) to london on a saturday night, go to Fabric (club), come back on the first bus sunday morning (think its like 7am). Expensive but fun.
 
We found purple turtle our second night here and it wasn't bad. Turf tavern we did one night for dinner and I thought it was way too expensive for what I was getting. Only other club we've been to is the bridge where I found they can't make a decent drink at all. Tonight we're actually taking the tube to London to try out an ice bar.
 
U sure u went to turf? Turf tend not to do food aside from the outside BBQ. There is also a pub called the Turl that is proper shit... and yeah bridge and anything that end of town is a rip-off hell hole. Try the Eagle and Child or head up to Jericho
