Any NSer's at WVU

How did New Jersey get on the forum and not WV or MD? haha, Wv has some sick terrain, even some little known back country runs which are easier to access than you think.

Timberline on a powder day is amazing.

Ha I'm from Pittsburgh, but live in Morgantown, so I'm pretty familiar with the skiing. Just looking for people who actually attend the school.

so is seven springs the go to place if youre in the morgantown area? what are some other good resorts to hit up if youre there?

Wisp. Way closer then springs.

hows the quality of the park at wisp compare to seven springs though, in terms of maintenance, switching up the setup every so often, size of features, etc?

It's been really good the past couple years. But the size can't compare to springs at all. Plus when you get tired of riding park there is some really good terrain to ride. They usually do park builds every week or two to keep it fresh. It's way better then it used to be.

I've party down there a bit, I know the_clap is in VA, and a few people ski at the mountians near there. haven't met a hard core NSer yet though.

nice. are you trying to become a field engineer?

No, I'd like to stay in midstream. I'm just so limited without an engineering degree, and I know going back will open so many doors.

I am a WVU student this year, where is everyone gonna be skiing when we finally get some snow?? I got a wisp season pass since its so close but hoping to make some trips to the springs, snowshoe, and timberline. Roommate is a snowboarder and don't know any skiers in the area. It would be sweet to meet up and shred! HMU
