Any need of new GoPro mounts?

Hello NS!

I´m investigating the need of a new GoPro mount as a project for enginering school. The main focus is to find gaps in todays range of products, and therefore I´m not considering the quality of existing mounts.

So, have you discovered a way to mount your GoPro, which isn´t possible due to the mounts?
 
Basically every mount you can think off is possible to get, there are websites that print gopro mounts in 3D. I know someone who has acces to a proffesional 3D printer and it works great. I cant remember the website and dont know how the process works etc but google is your friend.

 
Yeah i know, and that is why I am asking for the mounts that I cannot think of. I have access to a 3D-printer as well and it would be sick to make an actual prototype!Anyhow, it is really more about finding a need than actually making something and hope it will be useful.
 
Backpack chest strap mount.. So you wont need a whole harness but you can put the mount on your backpack chest strap.. Make it with wide enough contact points to be stable but not to big..
 
That would require it to be integrated into a helmet, which means a different helmet, not a different mount
